PLC Programming Example – Pick and Place
Using Factory IO we will see a plc pick and place programming example using ladder logic. This video will show you the five steps in the development of the pick and place PLC programming example project. We will apply the five steps to PLC program development to a pick and place robot example. The example will use a BRX PLC communicating with Factory IO (3D Software Simulator). Developing the PLC program is a process that can be clearly defined. In our series on the five steps to PLC program development, we have done some similar practical examples. Here is a review of the steps: 1.Define the task 2.Define the inputs and outputs 3.Develop a logical sequence of operation 4.Develop the PLC program 5.Test the program More information can be obtained at our website including all of the links and downloads mentioned in the video. https://accautomation.ca/plc-programming-example-pick-and-place PLC Programming Example – Pick and Place Testing - Video https://youtu.be/xovT3_LlLU8 00:00 PLC Example Pick and Place 00:25 How does pick and place work?
