ACC AUTOMATION

ACC PLC Simulator  ·  v1.102  ·  accautomation.ca

ACC Automation is an industrial automation education platform dedicated to helping engineers, technicians, and students learn PLC programming through clear, hands-on content. The YouTube channel @ACCautomation has been publishing beginner-to-intermediate tutorials on AutomationDirect products since 2014.

The ACC PLC Simulator was built to give back to the industry — providing a free, browser-based environment where anyone can learn ladder logic programming without needing access to physical hardware or expensive software licences. It models PLC series covered on the ACC Automation YouTube channel and supports the full range of instructions used in real-world automation projects.

By pairing the simulator with interactive 3D machine scenes, learners can experience the direct relationship between a control program and the physical machine it drives — closing the gap between classroom theory and shop-floor practice.

⬡  COMMISSION A CUSTOM SCENE

Do you have a machine or process you'd like to see as an interactive 3D scene? Send us photos and a sequence of operation and we'll build a scene to go with it.

Custom scenes help train operators and engineers on your specific equipment — without the risk of working on a live machine.
