Automation Tools - Solid State Relay Opto Isolator

As part of your automation tool kit, you should always have a solid-state relay Opto isolator or optocoupler. Since most PLC inputs have multiple points per common on their inputs, this solid-state device will help you connect non-common points to the PLC. Often called a DC to DC module, this will accept 4 to 32 VDC on the input side. The input will trigger a photoelectric device to trigger the output so this means it is optically isolated.
