Click PLC Timers / Trip Delay This PLC program will monitor multiple error bits. If any of them are on for an extended period of time, then a timer will start timing. Once the timer expires we know that the bit has been on too long activating an output. This program will pack all of the error bits into a double-word address. A comparison is used to determine if any of the bits are activated. The timer times out after a set time to indicate an error has occurred. Download this Click PLC sample program from the link below.
