Click PLC stop the timer at the Set Value (SV) When the Click PLC timer reaches the set value the timer output bit is turned on. However, the present value of the timer continues to increase until the timer is reset. This is generally not a problem unless you are displaying this on an external device like an HMI. (Human Machine Interface) To stop the Click PLC timer at the set value, use the output bit to copy the set value into the present value. In this example when the T1 output bit turns on then the value of 3000 (3 seconds) is copied to the TD1 address. This will hold the timer at the set value.
